Across many wellness traditions, 108 symbolises harmony and wholeness — a reminder that true rest takes time to cultivate. That’s why we created our 108-Night Sleep Promise: a full season to fall in love with silk in your own home.
We want you to feel completely confident when choosing our silk. If, after up to 108 nights, it’s not the perfect fit, eligible items may be returned under the policy below.

Try It at Home
Your 108-night trial begins on the day your order is delivered.
Sleep on it, enjoy it, and experience the beauty and benefits of silk for yourself.
If It’s Not for You
If you’re not completely satisfied, simply contact our care team within 108 nights of delivery at hello@agoodnightsleep.com.au.
We’ll guide you through the return process step by step.
Easy Returns
- Returns requested within the first 30 nights qualify for complimentary return shipping within Australia.
- Returns requested after 30 nights (up to 108 nights) are still welcome; however, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Eligible Products
The 108-Night Sleep Promise applies to full-priced products purchased directly from agoodnightsleep.com.au.
Eligible items may include:
- Silk pillowcases
- Selected silk sleep essentials
- Selected gift sets
To keep things fair for everyone, we may limit the Sleep Promise to one trial return per customer or household per product type.
Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for the 108-Night Sleep Promise:
- Final sale items
- Clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items not purchased directly from our website
- Items clearly marked as non-returnable in a specific promotion
Return Conditions
To keep things fair — and safe — for all customers:
- Returned items must be clean and gently used
- Normal wear from careful, everyday use is completely acceptable
- Items damaged through misuse, staining, pets, improper washing, or neglect may not qualify for a refund
- We may request photos or additional details to assess return eligibility
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@agoodnightsleep.com.au.
We will work quickly to resolve the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, which may include repair, replacement, refund, or other remedies where required.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before dispatch. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
International Orders
We proudly ship worldwide.
International customers may return eligible items under the 108-Night Sleep Promise; however, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise required by local law.
Our care team will guide you through the process to make it as simple as possible.
Our Sustainability & Hygiene Promise
For your safety, returned sleep products accepted under our 108-Night Sleep Promise are never resold.
Where suitable, eligible returned items may be donated to charity or responsibly redirected to reduce unnecessary waste.
Australian Consumer Law Notice
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
