before you attempt to return any product.

You are welcome to return or exchange products, subject to the following conditions.
A Return Authorisation must be issued to you by A Good Night Sleep before you attempt to return products
Request a Return Authorisation from A Good Night Sleep within 10 business days of original dispatch
Authorised Return is received back by A Good Night Sleep within 21 business days of original dispatch
Who pays outbound postage? Seller - A Good Night Sleep
Who pays return postage? Customer (Except in case of incorrect product or damaged goods supplied by A Good Night Sleep)
Inspection by A Good Night Sleep of Authorised Return Products must be:
Unused and unwashed
Original packaging and tags intact
Resalable, in undamaged packaging
Qualify for Exchange or Credit Note or Refund
Compensation options Exchange or Credit Note or Refund
